Managed two crews of five - six people. Assured the ground count stayed as low as possible to ensure the swift movement of the inventory. Yard work also included the billing of all shipped vehicles, roughly 400 - 500 units per shift. Contacted railroad to coordinate shipping utilizing various rail cars. Also, managed an off-site yard for new models or car holds. During off-site activity, managed approximately 35 - 60 people. when vehicles were taken off site, handled the inventory at these spots, totaling approximately 5,000-20,000 units.
